No doubt that the congestion will come with all sorts of online discourse about the meaning of high-volume traffic, i.e. that Cleveland doesn’t know shit about gridlock or that this is the price we all have to pay to live in a city on the rise or that an inclination toward cycling to and from work will advance our city’s progressive brand just that much more.
