There are many ways, both productive at not so, to deal with your child’s little league coach.
Headbutted them is not one.
Matthew Collins was found guilty, pleading no contest, to attempted assault from an incident back in May. Seems the father, who was on medical leave from the Mentor police force at the time, went batshit in a Perry Township park and took his big bald head to that of a coach then continued assaulting the victim on the ground.
According to the News Herald, Collins was fined $250, has a suspended jail sentence, will continue mental health counseling, and will be on probation for one year.
