Beginning at 1 p.m. today, the city of Cleveland instituted a parking ban due to – and we’re paraphrasing Safety Director Marty Flask here – the crazy-ass snowstorm brewing out there.
If you can even make it to your iced-over car at this hour, the city is requesting that you get it off the street (provided your street has one of those red and white signs posted).
