Thrifty travelers, rejoice: You may still be able to snag a discount flight on Southwest Airlines through midnight tonight.

Earlier this week, the company launched a fall travel deal where folks could score one-way tickets for as low as $49. An overwhelming response ended up shutting down the website, leaving hopeful travelers confused and many without flight confirmations. As a result, Southwest is working to restore access to the site, and extended the promotion through today.

Currently, local travelers can book flights out of Akron-Canton to La Guardia, NY and Washington, D.C. for $49. Other destinations include Orlando and Tampa, though the price jumps to $99. For $129, folks can head to Denver and Las Vegas. The prices are only valid on flights taken between Aug. 24 and Dec. 16.

Friday and Sunday departures unfortunately aren’t covered in the deal, so travelers should expect to take time off work for weekday flights. Holidays, like Labor Day and Thanksgiving, are also excluded.

Still, there are some deals to be had, so head on over to Southwest.com for additional details. If the website is still giving you issues, call Customer Service at 1-800-I-FLY-SWA.
