A pedestrian discovered a body in a creek near Martin Luther King Jr. Drive this morning. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office is presently investigating the cause of death and identity.

The Monday morning discovery marks the third time since Friday that a body has been found outdoors in the Cleveland area.

On Friday, a female body was pulled from Lake Erie at Edgewater Park. (AP) The Medical Examiner’s Office later identified her as Roxanna Gance, 44, of Summerville, S.C.

On Sunday, the body of 57-year-old Karen Bey was found in the Rocky River Reservation of the Cleveland Metroparks and later identified. (NEOMG)

Few details have been released about the body discovered today near Gordon Park on the city’s east side.
