The YMCA of Greater Clevelands annual fat-bustin blowout at Tower City features activities, programs, and displays designed to keep participants in shape throughout next year. This is our own grassroots effort to help make the community healthier and fit in spirit, mind, and body, says spokeswoman Audra Kessler. This is our way of saying, ‘Lets get serious about our health in 2007.’
The challenge starts at 10:30 this morning with a half-hour fitness walk through Tower City. Afterward, experts offer tips and perform health screenings. Whether you go for the group cycling, kids activities, or performance by hip-hop and ballet dance troupes, you cant lose because its free. So many people start a fitness routine or diet and yo-yo back and forth, says Kessler. Were here to help you change that behavior and build a healthy habit.
