The father’s day weekend fun kicks off at 4 p.m. on Thursday, June 13, with an all-new Family Night that’ll include a car show and musical entertainment. Also, families will receive complimentary wristbands that allow them to enjoy unlimited fun on amusement park rides.
On Friday, June 14, the festival continues from 4 to 10 p.m. when there will be more live music. There will also be a silent disco thanks to the folks at Cedar Point, who’ll host Cedar Point Nights, their annual beach glow party event.
The event concludes on Saturday, June 15, when it runs from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. On Saturday, the traditional duct tape parade starts at 10 a.m. at Avon High School, and at 2 p.m., the Rock Academy from Ron Zehel Guitar Center of Avon Lake will showcase local talent.
The day concludes with a fireworks show. The full schedule is on the website.
