Some of Cleveland’s best-known comedians will be on hand for the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN) annual Laughter CAN Cure fundraiser that takes place at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 21, at Forest City Brewery.

Michael Ivy [pictured] will serve as the host for the event that supports ACS CAN’s mission to “end suffering and death from cancer.” Local comedians including Mike Polk, Mike Head, Deena Nyer Mendlowitz and David Horning will perform, and there will be a silent auction as well.
