As we detailed just a few weeks ago, lazy doofuses have been parking their cars on Public Square just about every day since it reopened. It’s illegal, and lazy.

The Cleveland police department’s parking enforcement division tickets occasionally, but that hasn’t stopped the Very Lazy Doofuses who ditch their vehicles on the square in lieu of parking literally anywhere else because they are Very Lazy Doofuses.

A new sign did appear yesterday, which maybe hopefully but probably won’t end the scourge.

  2. Who ARE these doofuses that have the balls to park on what is basically a SIDEWALK?
    Confused tourists? Lazy tradespeople? Goofing-off city employees? Like…WTF, ya know?
