We’ve written about City Dogs before, the local organization that’s part of the City of Cleveland’s Division of Animal Control and Care and is dedicated to changing the image and adoption rates of pit bulls. They do really swell stuff, and recently let us know that the adoption fees have dropped to $51 in honor of the holidays. So, peruse these pics, then take home your new best friend this season.
