Tiki torches, tropical tunes, and swaying hula hips transform Wendy Park into a slice of Waikiki at todays Luau on the Lake. Think about sitting on the sand — with that kind of laid-back, colorful atmosphere — watching the sunset, says spokesman Brendan Doyle.
The second-annual outing mixes local flavors (beer and cornhole tourneys) with island traditions — like hula lessons taught by traditional Hawaiian dancers, ono (delicious) treats, and beach volleyball.
