American Gladiator — and Clevelander! — Valerie “Siren” Waugaman will appear at Medina’s Buffalo Wild Wings (5050 Eastpointe Dr., at Routes 17 and I-71, 330-764-9464) tonight at 7:30. If you haven’t been tuning in, well, shame on you. But we’ll help you out: Siren is the new show’s new, brunette body builder — not to be confused with the blonde, deaf Siren from the original series. Standing 5-9 and weighing in at 145 pounds of pure ruthlessness, she’s also the marketing director of downtown’s Octane Cafe, a fitness-y restaurant in the Colonial Arcade (528 Euclid Ave., 216-621-8282) , where she’s been known to beat down clients with an oversized padded baton if they don’t finish their powerbars. (OK, so we’re kidding about the beat-down part. But seriously — don’t test her.) For tonight’s meet-and-beat, admission is free, but it’s customary to order at least two dozen boneless wings and an order of onion rings while you’re there.
