With names like Cream and Maximum Girth, it’s no wonder that Luca Santiago can’t wait for tonight’s debut of her Los Villanos dance troupe, a group of twentysomething Latino dudes. “They’re not strippers,” she warns. “If they take off anything, it’ll be their muscle shirts.” Every Thursday, Santiago reserves her restaurant for a women-only audience to watch “the villains,” who cavort to hip-hop and reggaeton music while the cocktails are served. “We gotta get the ladies drunk before the guys come out,” laughs Santiago.
