Bartender Ryan Corrigan counts on a trendy happy-hour clientele to belly up for
Mojito Mondays. The pint-sized cocktail is a potent mix of rum, sugar, lime juice, and soda water, garnished with crushed mint leaves. “Mojitos are for the young and artsy,” he says. “It’s cool, because you can see the mint leaves floating in your glass. The sugar melts into the soda water and rum, and leaves this frosty-green look to it.”
