Gals slip on their leather chaps every Friday at Saddle Ridge’s ladies’ night. In addition to free admission and booze specials, the Parma club offers women gratis line-dancing lessons and mechanical bull rides. “The girls love it,” says Ken “Rodeo” Guttlipp, who operates the metal beast. “I use a technique that reminds them of sex.” He’s also seen plenty of women straddle the bull sans panties . . . just to get in the spirit of the thing. “They really get into it,” he says.
@cal body 1:Once ladies have mastered relatively simple line dances, DJ Crash spins country and rock tunes to keep them moving all night long. Bartender Adam C. says things get out of control pretty fast on Fridays. “It gets crazy on ladies’ night,” he says. “Once, a woman offered me $50 for the shirt off my back. Easiest 50 bucks I ever made.” But you don’t have to know the difference between Jason Aldean and Rodney Atkins to saddle up at the bar. Crowds range from rich city folks to suburban cowboys, who tip their Stetsons and say things like “Have you ever went sleddin’ hooked off a truck before?”
