New owner George Simon will be opening location #3 before the end of the year

The secret to the restaurant group’s success is a menu that offers unlimited sushi and hot pot, both at qualities that far exceed their price tags.

“Nobody is going to walk in here and say there’s nothing here I can’t eat,” says owner Chris King.

After five years, the West Side Catholic Center is calling it a day

“It’s kind of sad that we’re closing, actually, but we do what we have to do.”

“I want to create something awesome again, not only for Lakewood but for Greater Cleveland.”

“We’re trying to toe the line between dive bar and wine bar,” says owner Jackie Ramey.

“These are safe spaces for people to come and build community,” says David Kovatch, who also owns Sacred Waters Kava Bar in Lakewood

“We need a trendy steakhouse, something that’s affordable but cool,” says Jason Beudert, who partnered with Terry Francona on the restaurant
