Take a culinary journey into central France's Loire Valley. Wines featured will be: Rose, Chenin Blanc, Pinot Noir, Chinon, and Sautern. The event includes a surprise paired menu of traditional dishes from the Loire region, using only fresh ingredients and authentic recipes to complement the wines. Presentation includes: history of the region, wine-making techniques, pairing recommendations, and food recipes.
