Thanks to a $500 grant from the Ezra Jack Keats Foundation, the Cleveland Heights Library will host a pet show for children. The pet show will be very similar to Keats' picture book, which came out in 1972, and will bring together kids from the community. The pet show will feature up to 40 pets, including cats, dogs, and almost any animal that constitutes a household pet. Some pets will perform and others will be "on display." Each animal in the show will receive an award and each child will receive a copt of Keats book, Pet Show.
