  1. Sounds like latitude 360 in Pittsburgh… It even has a movie theater, night club, bowling, comedy shows and stage for bands

  2. Oh boy, another overpriced, trendy destination with pseudo health food, obnoxious craft beers and populated by hipsters. No thanks.

  4. The idea makes no sense at all. Just where will they find locally 13,500 square-footed adults interested in going to this flats venue? I have lived in Cleveland for many years and cannot remember meeting even one square-footed person. This project is doomed!

  5. People are so negative when it comes to Cleveland it’s the saying damn if they do and damn if they don’t. It’s definitely a good idea some people is going to complain no matter what.CONTINUE to do what is needed to make are city nice.

  6. Sounds like a wonderful idea my only concern is who would be able to afford it! Absolutely you would have to have money just a question of how much!!

  7. What I love about Cleveland is that we have these things already, small businesses- the heartbeat of the city.

  8. Well if it’s possible I want to make a reservation… I would like if there was a comedy club and a place for some laser tag…

  9. Some cities would kill for one of these trendy bowling alleys and Cleveland has at least three of them. Speaks volumes about how far the city has come.
