Agave Social, a new Mexican eatery, will open in the former Beerhead space in the Flats East Bank, which closed this winter. The restaurant is the latest addition to the expanding hospitality group that includes Blue Agave on East 4th Street, Tacologist in University Circle, and multiple Azteca and Tres Potrillos restaurants.
The owner describes Agave Social as a “stylish and social, always chill, go-to restaurant for tequila-forward drinks, modern Mexican bites, and patio vibes by the water.”
For 25 years, Douglas Trattner has worked as a full-time freelance writer, editor and author. His work as co-author on Michael Symon's cookbooks have earned him four New York Times Best-Selling Author honors, while his longstanding role as Scene dining editor has garnered awards of its own.
