Eddie Tancredi, the executive chef and managing partner of Adega at Metropolitan at the 9 will join the ranks of chefs like Doug Katz, who have launched their own line of spices. The ETC Spice product line will officially be launched this Saturday, April 30th at Miles Farmers Market. The affable and talented chef will be on hand from 10 a.m. to noon demoing his Steak Seasoning for customers to try and purchase.

Other spice blends the chef is offering include Blacken and 10-Spice.

Tancredi’s spices also have made it into Heinen’s SharkBank competition as one of 10 semi-finalists. On May 6, four winners will be chosen to advance to the finals on May 13th, where one winner will be selected to have their products carried at all Heinen’s locations.
