If all goes according to plan, Ohio City will be home to a new Greek Village Grille before the end of the year. Tommy Karakostas, owner of the 13-year-old Lakewood (14019 Madison Ave., 216-226-4976) spot, says construction on the new space (4617 Lorain Ave.) is progressing nicely.

When the new location opens in late December or early January, it will feature the same lineup of gyros, souvlaki, dips, platters and desserts. There will be limited seating indoors along with a small patio.

A carry-out liquor license will open the way for beer and Greek wine sales.
