Look for Cheddar’s Café (5800 Detroit Ave., 216-631-7555) to morph into Krazy Mac’s at the end of April. This marks the restaurant’s third name change since owner Ron Heinbaugh took over in 2005.

They have thee best mac and cheese hands down. I make mac and cheese from scratch and can totally appreciate the fact that they use top of the line cheeses and a heavy hand when appling. They are the first to make better homemade mac and cheese than mine. If you’re a cheese lover this is a must for you. Five stars!
