The special features haddock covered in beer batter and complemented by tartar sauce. Mix-and-match side selections include house-made mashed potatoes and gravy, roasted broccoli, cabbage-and-noodles, crunchy coleslaw, fresh-and-tangy jicama slaw, crispy potato chips with French onion dip, handcut fries, black beans, potato pancake, potato pierogi, and asiago-and-parmesan mac-and-cheese. Some sides may require a slight upcharge.
“It’s not surprising that enjoying a Friday night fish fry is not restricted to Lent — it has become a year-round culinary tradition for many Northeast Ohioans,” says Prosperity Social Club owner Bonnie Flinner in a press release about the new special. “I can see our regulars trying different side combinations until they land on their go-to meal.”
The Fish Fry-Day Choose Sides Special also features a $2 discount on the Friday night meal between 4 and 6 p.m. (dine-in only).
The regular Friday night special will not replace Prosperity’s regular Lenten menu.
