According to a staffer reached at sister restaurant, Kent’s Bistro on Main, neither a cause nor an insurance estimate have yet been determined. But the building is a complete loss.
“So many former guests have stopped by or called to say how much they’ll miss the place,” says Bistro hostess Brenda Blevins. “I’m sure that the owners will take all that into account, when they decide whether or not to rebuild.” …
