Today, Scene is excited to announce the launch of a new long-form video interview series called “Back of the House,” in which I sit down with one of Cleveland’s many hospitality pros to discuss the state of the industry and more.

For my first episode I spend some time with Stefan Was, the founder of Porco Lounge and Tiki Room in Ohio City. In it we discuss the origin story of one of the region’s finest cocktail bars, the owner’s sobriety journey, and so much more.

Watch the first episode below.

On the way are more episodes featuring a diverse mix of voices from across Cleveland’s hospitality world.

Thanks for watching.
