Yours Truly, the local chain of family friendly restaurants largely confined to suburban neighborhoods, will open its first downtown location. Slated to open in the Halle Building (1228 Euclid Ave.) in spring of 2016, the restaurant will be the organization’s ninth eatery.

“We are excited to be a part of Cleveland’s growth and revitalization, and thrilled to open our new location in the heart of historic downtown Cleveland and Playhouse Square,” says Chairman of the Board Larry Shibley. “We have proudly served Northeast Ohio for 34 years and look forward to continuing for many years.”

With locations in Beachwood, Chagrin Falls, Hudson, Mayfield Village, Medina, Mentor, Rockside and Shaker Square, the 35-year-old restaurant group is well known for its casual atmosphere and affordable breakfast, lunch and dinner service.

The new location will take advantage of architectural details that remain from the original Halle Brothers Co. department store, including restoration of the jewelry department and mezzanine. There will be outdoor dining and full liquor service.

  1. Excellent news for Downtown. The south side of Euclid Avenue between 9th and 14th is really starting to rock.
