LeBron James has called for an advanced screening of his latest film endeavor, Trainwreck, to be held in his hometown before it hits the big screen.

On Friday, July 10, James will host a pre-premiere of the film at Montrose Stadium 12 before it heads off to New York for its limited premiere on July 14, and its public premiere on July 17. Director and producer Judd Apatow, writer and co-star Barry Mendel, Amy Schumer, as well as other co-stars Bill Hader and Vanessa Bayer, are expected to attend the Akron screening.

The showing will take place at 4020 Medina Rd. in Akron. The stars of the film are set to arrive on the red carpet at 6:30 p.m., and the movie will show at 7 p.m. Sadly, the event is invitation-only (we’re still waiting for ours), but we’re sure you can get your fair share of celeb peeks if you’re in the area.
