If it feels like you’ve heard this all before, it’s because you have.

Just three weeks after the popular Edgewater Live concert series at Edgewater Park Beach was supposed to debut, the event is once again canceled today due to potential rain and/or storms.

While the kick off event from two week’s ago went off without a hitch (you can see photos from that right here), that’s three weeks of overall cancellations and only one successful event for this year’s series. As of now, there is no makeup date for today’s show.

The next Edgewater Live performance is scheduled for June 27, a day we can only hope is rain/snow/flood-free.

  1. Mother Nature does not want this year’s crappy lineup to happen. And she always bats last.

  2. Welcome to Cleveland. Everyone knows you cant bank on a dry day in Cleveland for a celebration. Metro parks used to know that so the reservations have pavilions.

Its a beach, not a concert hall. Let people swim at the beach and have concerts in concert venues, ones with a roof even.

We dont need an inclusive mob of people looking for free entertainment to draw Clevelands scum to Edgewater or wade oval. Let Clevelands gems remain a secret and stop giving the criminals a target on which to focus.
