Indie and experimental rockers This Is Exploding, Infinite Number of Sounds, Winter of Discontent, and Brian Straw will headline the EDEN Records Compilation Volume 1 CD-release show at the Beachland Ballroom on Saturday, January 7. The disc also features varied, creative-leaning rock from locals Run Run Addington, Madison East, Xela, and others. According to label chief Jeremy Taylor, EDEN will “strive to be a voice for the many talented bands in Ohio that don’t get the proper recognition they deserve. In a town nationally known for its punk, nü-metal, and metal bands, our goal is to bring indie rock to the forefront.” EDEN also offers services in promotion, booking, management, and website design.
