If you own an ID with a zip code beginning with 440, 441, 442 and 443, you’re in luck. To celebrate its 20th anniversary, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum is offering a special discount to the local community throughout the month of September. Local residents are eligible for a special offer of two tickets for only $20. Locals will also receive 20 percent off new memberships and Legacy Brick purchases. The Legacy Brick program allows you to pay tribute to your favorite music legend, honor a loved one or leave a personal message on a brick on the Rock Hall plaza.

To learn more about membership and the Legacy Brick program, visit rockhall.com/get-involved or contact the Rock Hall’s membership office at 216-515-8425 or at membership@rockhall.org. In case you haven’t noticed, the Rock Hall has been celebrating its 20th anniversary all year with new exhibits and the return of Inductions to Cleveland. It’s also regularly hosted up-and-coming rock acts at its Sonic Sessions concert series. The Museum has featured more than 100 exhibits since its 1995 opening.

Jeff has been covering the Cleveland music scene for more than 25 years now. On a regular basis, he tries to talk to whatever big acts are coming through town. And if you're in a local band that he needs to hear, email him at jniesel@clevescene.com.

  1. What about 216?!!?!?!?!

So if you’re from the suburbs you’re in luck , everyone else who actually lives in cleveland proper can go f%*$ themselves right?

“contact the Rock Hall’s membership office at 216-515-8425”
Even their phone is 216 ! hahahaha what a joke!

    Lame.

  2. So your zip code if you have noticed BEGINS with 441 (like 44101) if you live in the CLE, yes? And lets say if you live in a burb it might begin with 440 (like 44094)? Think that is what they are trying to say.

  3. This I’m not sure… But a lot of people paid for bricks there to develop that area before the museums. So, what happened to those bricks? Did they wasted people’s money? I’ve never seen any of the bricks returned! Also, to me it’s a joke on us because, from what I hear, they don’t have any(most) of the parties and celebrations here.
