Drive around Berea and you will see signs for the ryan homes development off No-Bottom with a tag “Berea City Tax Abatement” hanging below it.
This tax abatement was passed in record time by the new mayor Cyril Kleem, and conveniently his family member Ferris Kleem is the developer/owner of the land striking it rich. All while hurting the schools and homeowners trying to sell their houses.
Berea city schools will suffer tax $$$’s for 3 years, so his family can unload some land to Ryan Homes & strike it rich.
