The American Pickers team is rolling through Ohio once again this fall, looking for diamonds in the rough to refurbish and sell.

Iowans Mike Wolfe and Frank Fritz can’t seem to stay away, as they’ve toured through Ohio a total of eight times over 19 seasons, including twice in the past two years. This year they’ll be back looking through junk — we mean highly-prized antiques — in the Ohio and Michigan area.

Now despite what the History Channel show leads viewers to believe, the pair doesn’t just drive around the country waiting for co-worker Danielle Colby to call them with the location of the next privately-owned collection (no flea market or antique malls need apply). These spots are chosen in advance.

As the crew stated in a recent Facebook post: “We are on the hunt for large and junkie collections that will keep our guys busy for most of the day.”

If you’re interested in being on the show — or would like to give a loved one the chance to part with their “treasures” — be sure to send your name, phone number, location and description of the collection with photos to: AmericanPickers@cineflix.com, call 1-855-OLD-RUST (653-7878) or message the crew on Facebook.
