Judge Mary Margaret Rowlands denied that motion, and then set a trial date of Oct. 26 for the pipeline company’s request for declaratory judgment.
She concurred independently with the Medina judge, who insisted that NEXUS is not showing how “irreparable harm” — a judicial standard in this sort of case — would come to the company in the event it cannot secure the restraining order.
