Update: Brandon Shullick, the shithead who infected three women with HIV after sleeping with them and not making the all-important step of informing them that he was infected, was sentenced Monday to five years in prison.

Via the Chronicle Telegram:

“My actions are inexcusable,” Shullick said. “There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t hate myself and regret the reckless choices (I made).”

Sure, buddy. Sure. — Grzegorek

Sex crimes in general are nasty business, but this one in particular is a stomach-turner: when people go around and engage in sexual intercourse without telling their partners they’re HIV positive. Pretty much the most egregious betrayal of trust imaginable. That was the case with one Lorain County sleazebag who was out there roaming the area but now is in police custody.

  1. I have STD and I am an engineer who works for the largest STD dating and support site stdchatting . com. I have to tell you a secret, you can choose not to believe me. But the truth is that this site has more than 1,880,000 members and about 80% members are good looking in my estimation.
Unfortunately, STD rates soar worldwide and most people with STDs don’t even know that they have them. The government should grant more money for STD education to lower the rates of STD transmission.

  2. Granted, the right thing to do is to tell your sexual partners what your status is if you know it. But no one is talking about personal responsibility. We must each be responsible for our own health. In healthcare, staff members are trained to treat everyone they encounter as if they were infected. So why don’t we as individuals? We have a case of 4 women here who chose not to protect themselves, period. There is personal responsibility for your part in this. If a person does not want to have safe sex with you and you are worried about getting infected, don’t have sex with them. Don’t wait around for others to take care of you…it never turns out well.

  3. I first knew Brandon when he was five years old, and he has always been a degenerate. At five, he pulled down his pants, and grabbed a little girls hand and put in on his penis. When his family was visiting another families house, Brandon pissed in the guys boots, sitting in the kitchen. Brandon has always been in trouble, and his parents were in denial for the longest time.

  4. Rude and nasty comments from ugly people in the world. People make mistakes and a person should never be judged by it unless your god himself which… None of you look like him. It’s because of people like you that make this world an ugly place. Brandon may not be perfect but none of us are. Your a bunch of sick individuals

  5. I knew Brandon way before any of this crap happened. He was a handsome generous polite young man who opened up to me about his troubles not saying that he mentioned being hiv+ or anything else which still wouldn’t have stopped us from having a sexual relationship as well. I enjoyed the times he and I shared together and I’ve yet to test positive for hiv. If a woman tests positive for hiv that was or maybe wasn’t with Brandon why are you convicting him because of prior circumstances. He’s paid his consequences please let him live y
    His life in peace.
