  1. If Joe Thomas is dealt, a new QB may be needed for each quarter of the remaining games. The top-tier QB’s for the 2017 draft better have serious talks with their agents concerning an Eli Manning stance with the Browns, since their “franchise” careers could be battered inside FirstEnergy Stadium before it has a fair chance to launch.
