Carl Monday is back, Tom Meyer goes to WKYC, and the planets realign

Carl Monday is back! Sort of.
Cleveland’s Investigative Reporter has been off the airwaves since February, when he ditched WKYC for Action 19 because their hidden-camera footage is way grainier. Unfortunately, a non-compete clause in Carl’s contract forbids him from showing up on your TV set until October.
But recently, Action News started airing news reports bearing Carl’s distinct overdramatic style. The promos for these spots feature a picture, shot from behind, of a trench coat-clad man who looks suspiciously like the man himself. They call these stories “CM Investigations.”
Carl’s name appears nowhere on the screen, and the stories seem to have been reported by someone else. Action News anchor Paul Joncich narrates this one, about Cadillac owners who have had their rims ripped off.
But the CM Investigation tip line goes directly to Carl’s voicemail. Apparently, Action 19 has found a way to put Carl to work and (almost) take advantage of The Carl Monday Brand without expressly violating Carl’s non-compete clause. (Or at least his lawyers hope so.)
Meanwhile, WKYC is firing returning fire in what we’ll call The Overwrought Investigative Television Wars. Spokeswoman Alina Martinet says the station’s just nabbed the biggest fish in the Investigative Lake: Tom Meyer! The station is expected to announce their hiring of The Investigator any minute – Joe P. Tone

I need help advice, I’m been stalked harrassed, and accused of false allegations,by neighbor, Neighbor tried to attack me twice, i had witness with me, mined you i have a clean record since 1995, My witness calls police on my behalf,I had to mace neighbor attacking me, I had no other recourse, The driver police comes and talk to the neighbor first, then me, He did not beleive me, So police wrote up false report on my witness on neighbor behalf, Then police arrests me, Police took me to the district and switch police officers, Then the new cops took me to the justice system, put me in jail for three days, While i was in jail the judge had a referral written up for me to see a Psychiatrist, took me to court at 3;15pm when i was suppose to be at court at 8;30 am, They say they lost my file and when i get up there they wanted me to sign a restraining ordor, in which i had no problem in the begining, I was not bothering her noway, Then judge told me i can’t go back to my townhouse for two weeks,mind you i have a ferrret, I live next door to neighbor, In the begaining they did not explain the whole restraing order protection, before i signed, now i get home, and here goes the sick neighbor calling police on me consistently making false allegations on me, everytime i come home or be in my home, police greeting me at door or ringing my doobell, confronting me on her allegations, and she haves location, GPS, Navigation to know my whereabouts i had to change my cell number, now she asks her daughter to call and make false report it didn;t fly again, I report to my presecuter, police judge and my attorney, and all the response is she’s the plaintiff, and that there nothing they can do about it everytime neighbor come to court she fakes crying, and makes false allegation on me, the new attorney alearted judge that it the neighbor thats messing with me, i have no contact with her nomore then i have it with you thats reading this message, So judge yells at her twice each time we come back to court to leave me alone, My disable hearing witness did not understand question when judge ask him was her life in danger, my disable hearing impared witness says no her lifle wasn;t in danger, Judge did not mention no mnames of who live is in danger, my witness thought judge said was neighbor life in danger, so judge says csea was proven self defense, But my life was not in danger i’m finding you gulity of having a weapon and using the mace, I forgot i passed the psych test, lack of comphension, First judge have not even met me make that decision, mind you i was in jail when she made that referral,Now back to second judge sentencing was set on 04-13=15 nine days after i had my moms furneral on 04-03-15, Ihad no money to contribute to furneral, my church supported me, i was ripped off from two attorney’s first one $1000.00 and second one $750.00 i borrowed from my life insurance for attorney fee i’m having hard time to pay my life insurance back, now presecuter and second judge was place on my sentencing day wit a retired judge, Judge Mabel Jasper. judge jasper came in called my name first and straight off gave me a sentence, and the new presecuter ask was it alright if the neighbor be up there in my sentencing, presecuter stated that the neighbor had something to tell her, My second paid attorney wouldn’t say anything, so Judge Jasper went off about a 1995 history criminal,and ask the neighbor did she have something to say, and neighbor says yes, Neighbor went off on the false allegation benn again, saying i am making threats being in contacts with her mind you , she couldn’t get this off with other judge, now judge Mabel Jasper gets on me very disrepectfully about being in contact with witness which is further from the truth,Attorney asks if i can say something, even though he was’n saying anything at all, then judge says yes, so i spoke calmly and said god is my witness this girl is not telling truth at all, judge got very nasty with me, I tried to explain to her that other judge would not let her get this lie off, and judge says put me in the holding cell, While i was in cell i had a anxiety panic attack, i took inhaler ashma kicked also, I was short on breath, Their medic whatever he was did temperture on my finger and my blood pressure, he wanted to call ambulance back, i did not want to go, i wanted to get court over with, So Judge calls me back out and she rairoaded the sentence on me, $500.00 fee one year probation, and added anger managerment, now for time being the neighbor gets home and calls police on me the next day after the sentencing, made false allegation saying she herd me in my house saying i’m going to have someone mess up her car, which she lied, police wrote in my favor gave me a letter and card with report number on it and made up reports saying making up false reports for me though, I went early in morning to see prosecuter, and here neighbor and her daughter puling up behind me at the justice center, Presecuter turned me around again and says i don’t have enough evidence, I had a 911 false call report prior to this one on today04-14-15, I feel like i’m about to have a heart attack, i feel i have noone, neighbor knows i’m by myself, i have gotten very sick and i’m getting sick and weak now, i don’t feel like i’m going to last long or live, She won’t leave me alone, i lost my job and the system continusly over look me and my rights and protection,I had a clean record since 1995 i’m not a criminal, as the are trying to portray me to be, I too my evidence to my probation officer, she says she’ll investigate, but gave me an appointment to see a pshyc again, It seems like everytime i try to get help and protection for me they always add a sentence on me and try to me the the villian or crazy, Just to cover up thier tracks of what they are doing to me I .have proof audio 911 calls photos witness statements, police reports and letters from my church members, Tenents here, Management, maintenace, provided a letter against, My attorney did not provide none of this, I sent leteers to judge, It was just like i didnt, I have proof that i evidence that i was defending myself, can somebody please help me, i’ve tried calling and left message to channel 3, 5 8 news no response, God bless.By the way,

I have sought help with a serious issue with our builder who is one of the largest home builders in Medina County. I am getting to think that all of the investigative reporting is a bunch of bull. No one & I mean no one has even attempted to ask to even speak with us! We have hired experts to investigate our home of the forms of BLACK MOLD. The builder also hired their own experts which all of the reports are conclusive…it is the builder’s fault & the sub contractors fault. We have estimates ranging from &78,000 of damage & up. This is serious for our son has been ill for the 7 years we have been here. We are the original owners. This was the model home…go figure!
Are you as good as you claim you are??
If so. I would expect to hear from you. We would love to have you visit our home to see the extensive damage we have & not all of it has been uncovered!
As yourslef this…why should we have to pay for this damage when we have done nothing but invested over $70,000 of improvements in 7 years & now the builder cannot even help to mediate this and have dragged thier feet since it was discovered June 15th 2007. Why should I have to pay for someone else’s negligence!

about the magic jack advertised on tv,they don’t have local prefixes for all areas so people that call you likely have to pay for long distance,got mine to call out after two hours but still can’t receive any calls ,paid for it already support is nearly non existing ,need help ,disabled and tired of getting ripped off.
