Authorities conducted a comprehensive search before the zoo by the time of scheduled opening and cleared the area. So the zoo is open today, and while you may see an increased presence of rangers, the Metroparks say there’s no safety concern and their patrols are out of an abundance of caution.
A truck was spotted speeding away from a shots fired call on Cleveland's west side. As officers were trying to catch up to attempt a stop it crashed at Fulton and Park.
