Men’s Health named the top 100 socially networked cities and Cleveland came in at No. 51 on the list, something you probably already know if you’re on Twitter or have hordes of Facebook friends.

The mag tallied cities’ LinkedIn and Facebook users, then figured in the number of tweets sent from the respective locales, then mined MySpace, Friendster, Reddit, and Digg to come up with the final grades. Cleveland’s was a C+ and a middle-of-the-pack ranking.

Now go forth and disseminate the news, all thousands of you on Twitter and all tens of you on MySpace.
