You hired a passionate intern to join your online editorial team a while back this fall. She was brimming with weird ideas, and hit the internet with amazingly goofy Cleveland stories. Writing was a huge part of this internship,…too bad she didn’t have much background in journalism and English. Please don’t make that same mistake again!
