In case you thought Cleveland State professors might be getting special treatment for tonight’s Obama-Clinton debate, fear not. Most will be stuck watching it on TV, just like all the other schleps not lucky enough to snag tickets.
According to one source (who wanted to remain anonymous so he could keep his job) the professors received a mass e-mail kindly offering them $2,000 seats — or, if they wanted VIP parking, two tickets for $5,000. Checks were to be made out to the state Democratic Party, which is using the debate as a fundraising bonanza. The party is not, by the way, helping to pay for the event…
