Today the Monsters are capping the feat with a championship party at Gateway Plaza (between The Q and Progressive Field) at 6 p.m. You should be there.
The team defeated the Hershey Bears in overtime Saturday in front of a sellout crowd (19,665) at the Q. It was the second largest crowd in the Calder Cups 80-year history.
The party is free and open to the public, and includes live music, food trucks and drinks, and appearances from players and coaches.
