Comedian, screenwriter and TV/film producer Dave Chappelle had great success with Chappelle’s Show until he unexpectedly called it a day to take a break from entertainment. While the show remains in reruns, Chappelle hit the standup circuit in the wake of the end of the hit TV show and has been performing gigs ever since. He’s just announced that he’ll perform at 7 p.m. on June 10 at Playhouse Square’s Connor Palace. Tickets go on sale tomorrow at 11 a.m. with all seats priced at $58.50 and available at playhousesquare.org, the Ticket Office or by calling 216-241-6000.

Jeff has been covering the Cleveland music scene for more than 25 years now. On a regular basis, he tries to talk to whatever big acts are coming through town. And if you're in a local band that he needs to hear, email him at jniesel@clevescene.com.
