After Blink-182’s highly publicized return recently, it’s easy to forget that their former tourmates and fellow pop-punks New Found Glory never really went anywhere.

The Florida quintet has been playing the same fast-paced music for 15 years, which they made abundantly clear when their Pop Punk’s Not Dead Tour stopped at House of Blues last night.

The tour also showcases four up-and-coming bands from the scene, each putting their own spin on the genre.

But it was New Found Glory who owned the night. Even after all the mileage, they command the stage like they’re still the fresh-faced teens who started the band all those years ago.
