The folks behind the free Coventry Village Summer Event Series have just announced this season’s event schedule, and, as in previous years, it looks like we’re in for a real bang-up summer.

The two month series kicks off the week of June 10 with a pop-up market, a live musical performance by the New Orleans-inspired Revolution Brass Band, an outdoor screening of the Disney movie Frozen, as well as a meet and greet with internet celebrity Charles Ramsey down at Mac’s Backs-Books.

Events such as Sunday yoga classes, community drum circles, outdoor theatrical performances, and guided bike rides continue on a weekly basis through August 10.

  1. Funny … the “internet celebrity” has the same name as a man who assisted in freeing three captive women right here in Cleveland.
