This is a bright spot in the census data, considering Cuyahoga County had the third largest population loss in 2016 and 2017, as we reported last month.
The only county in Ohio better than Cuyahoga is Franklin County with 20,547 immigrants. With the net change through international migration, Cuyahoga County is 63rd highest out of the nation’s 3,142 counties.
