Dennis Kucinich is a fervent anti-war lefty Democrat, so it should come as no surprise that he came out strong against America’s military strikes in Libya. Kucinich, however, took it a step further toward full-loon territory as fellow liberal Dems voiced anger that President Obama ordered the strikes without consulting with or getting the approval of Congress when he called the move an “impeachable offense.”

The screengrab above comes (via here) from an interview Kucinich did today on MSNBC. To back up his point, and to prove how seriously he takes the Constitution, the pocket-sized Congressman pulled out a pocket-sized copy of the Constitution while looking like a grandpa who was just told the grocery store was out of prune juice. (We don’t blame him. We carry a copy of the Marquess of Queensberry rules for similar reasons.)

He also spoke to Raw Story:

Vince Grzegorek has been with Scene since 2007 and editor-in-chief since 2012. He previously worked at Discount Drug Mart and Texas Roadhouse.

  1. Yes, how many wars are we going to start while Bernanke continues printing money to pay for them. NOT!
