They say there’s a fine line between brilliance and insanity. But nobody ever mentions the other line – the one between insanity and just plain dumb. That’s where Dennis Kucinich, America’s Next Top Egomaniac©, is hovering with his most recent stroke of genius.
In his latest, greatest cry for attention, our lovable media whore is asking folks to send text messages for peace. I’m not making this up. The Kucinich campaign – also known as The Little Engine That Really Couldn’t, But, Due To Deep Insecurity Issues, Refused To Give Up — says it will compile all the messages they receive and forward them to the White House.
Kucinich’s goal apparently is to bombard the White House with so many messages that President Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney, suffering from a brief attack of actual feelings, will read the heartfelt notes and call for an immediate withdrawal from Iraq. However, a White House spokesman says the the president instead plans to reply to Kucinich’s text with with a brief and straight-forward message, probably “LOL LIL MAN.” – T.K. Kim

  1. Why mock ANY attempt to bring attention to Bush’s failed policies & why not support ALL efforts to end the war??? Mocking Kucinich does nothing to aid those soldiers dying & losing limbs in Iraq.

  2. I agree with you 100 percent. I also happen to think mounting a text message campaign to try and bring attention to this administration’s failed policy in Iraq is about as effective as a one-legged man in an ass-kicking contest.

  3. I WANT TO PUKE WHEN I READ ABOUT THAT WHINEY, LITTLE ELF, KUCINICH. HE HAS MADE COMPLETE FOOLS OF THE GOOD RESIDENTS OF CLEVELAND. I HAVE FAMILY ALL OVER THE WORLD AND THEY JUST LAUGH WHEN HIS NAME IS MENTIONED. YES, HE IS GETTING WORLDWIDE ATTENTION, WHICH IS WHAT HE WANTS. HOWEVER, IT IS NOT POSITIVE ATTENTION. HE IS MOCKED BY UNITED STATES CITIZENS AND FOREIGNERS ALIKE. HE IS AN EGOTISTICAL, HOT-HEADED,ABUSIVE HYPROCITE AND IT’S TIME FOR SOMEONE TO TAKE THAT CONGRESSIONAL SEAT AWAY FROM HIM. HE DOES NOT VALUE IT OR GIVE IT THE RESPECT IT DESERVES.

  4. Well, at least he’s consistent. Kucinich is the only Congress member to vote no on the war and all subsequent spending, and who is ready to act on an impeachment of the president. In that regard, he is, in my opinion, the most integrity-filled presidential candidate this time around.
    That said, between spinning in circles during the debates early on and this texting campaign, it’s hard to believe he’s 50+ years old and serious. Maybe it’s time to hang it up, honey.
