Update: Donald Obermiller admitted guilt today in the murders of his grandparents and the rape of his grandmother. He initially tried to dismiss his attorneys, but after questioning by the three-judge panel allowed them to stay on, though they seemed dismayed by his guilty plea.
There were 17 counts in all, and the PD notes it took over a half hour for the three judges to read through the ones that involve the death penalty.

Donald Obermiller was already in custody for allegedly murdering his grandparents.
Today, the story got that much more disgusting.
A grand jury indicted him on charges of rape after DNA collected from his grandmother showed that he raped her before killing both her, and her husband.

He had covered her face with a towel and they found 2 used condoms on or near her body. How the hell can someone do something like this. Tell ya what it takes a special kind of evil to achieve this level of not rightness. He straight out pled guilty for it all and wants the death penelty. I suggest the state of Ohio seize this opportunity where a criminal is willing to take the needle and get it done and not wait 15 or more years!!
