Sorry CIA, Bs outting you.

  • Sorry CIA, B’s outting you.

Let’s call it as it is: Forbes has beef with Cleveland. There’s no other was to explain what we’re about to dish you, especially in light of last year’s less than flattering title the publication dropped on our fair metropolis.

Next in the pub’s intractable effort to hit Cleveland: this week Forbes has now targeted one of the area’s esteemed institutions — The Cleveland Institute of Art. According to recent online article, CIA leaves students with more debt then any other college in the country — an average of $61,270.

One reply on “Forbes: Cleveland Institute of Art Grads Have Most Debt”

  1. Forbes based this on a 5 year program at the Cleveland Institute of Art, it has recently changed to a four year, henceforth unfair because if you add on another year of tuition against other art schools where a huge majority of them are four year programs, and have been that way since the start of course you are going to have more debt. That and 97% of CIA students do not pay full tuition. If you also look at the position of CIA grads, you will find that the products of a CIA education are extremely valuable to our society, see “Viktor Schreckengost” for example.
